Steph DaLeigh is an experimental painter and photographer, best known for creating large-scale detailed cultural cartography. Primarily an acrylic abstract expressionist, her signature paint splatter style now meets contrasting techniques. Effervescent sweeping gestures and saturated psychedelic tones, vulnerably expose depth through contrast. Driven by research; historic, psychological, and energetic texts are the fuel and inspiration behind the majority of her work. “I want to aid in the rehabilitation of individual emotional acuity. Perpetual understanding and adaptation is at its weakest- the goal now is to prioritize education and well-being, even if it occurs as a simulation.”
